Our main policy is to meet the expectations of our customers, employees and stakeholders at the highest level.
To do this:

We are committed to achieve zero error by increasing the efficiency of all our processes in line with the “Continuous Improvement” approach, foreign trade and customs legislation to a level that can compete at the international level in line with internationally accepted standards, and

create a participatory and positive company culture and transform the working environment into a large family environment where employees work willingly and with high motivation by strengthening internal and external communication, and

ensure the health, safety, today and future of our employees, enhance their training and individual development by organizing continuous activities in order to increase their engagement and satisfaction, and keep the team spirit authorized by sharing knowledge and responsibility in line with the principle of lean management, and

identify and provide training courses that will increase technical and personal competencies by encouraging innovative and creative approaches, and

make improvement activities the natural behavior of employees as a result of the analysis and development of business processes, and

identify actions that will improve our performance by reviewing our business processes with the self-assessment process, and

provide and maintain working conditions that are respectful to the environment, people and society, and

provide the products or service at the quality and in the time requested by our customers at competitive prices within the framework of the “Quality Targets” established by the company, and

adopt lean transformation within the company stakeholders and implement practices that will reduce transactions that do not add value to the customer as much as possible, and

develop our own innovative technology by following information and production technologies, and

see our suppliers as a part of our Quality Assurance system and as our business partners, and improve them, and

protect our company values and manage critical risks.
