OUR VISION 2. Never create personal benefit, loan, or debt to the suppliers and customers directly or indirectly. Avoid personal potential benefits occurences in any meaning 3. Never argue and gossip.Always prevent negative comments about Company and the team. Represent the company in the best positive way. Never lie. 5. Keep Company’s benefits at priority and improve corporate values. 6. Be frank, honest, disciplinary and dedicated with required studies. 7. Prevent conflicts between corporate interests and individual interests. 8. Use corporate resources effectively and properly and avoid losses. Avoid direct personal abuse of company assets and resources. 9. Respect legislations, regulations in the relationship with investors and shareholders without discrimination. 10. Understand and act immediately to customer claims and spend effort to create a trustworthy relationship with the customer. 11. Always obey legal requirements and legislation. 12. Clearly inform customers about product and services for benefits/requirements/rights/ obligations and risks 13. Always provide o push for Health and Safety rules to be applied to all workers and collegues. 14. Always provide equality for recruitment, education, training, career planning, and promoting opportunities, regardless of sex, religion, colour, or culture. 15. Care on giving appropriate job for appropriate person and quantity, avoiding over working hours, and programme accordingly. 16. Provide and make everybody use their vacations and holidays regularly. 17. Inform corporate principles to all employees and ensure their adoption and observing the full compliance accordingly. 18. Ensure to provide always accurate,clear and complete information, presented to the public, so that all to be understandable. 19. Take responsbility to comply Corporate Ethics Rules and warn, with self authority, in case of noncompliance by any team member.
